Gilberts appointment marks improved services and support in the Midlands

  • 7 Jun 2016

Gilberts of Blackpool has appointed Martyn Malyon as Midlands Area Sales Manager (Commercial Products) in a move to expand its services and support in the area.

In his new role, Martyn will work closely with architects, contracts and consultants from his base in Dudley to develop partnerships and simplify the specification process.

Marytn’s appointment marks the continued expansion at Gilberts in all areas of its operation across the UK.  Within the past year, the manufacturer has opened a new air movement test centre, developed a unique range of terminals which fuse natural ventilation and heat transfer without the need for an exchanger, and restructured and extended its commercial sales operations.

Gilberts’ Sales Director Ian Rogers commented: “Martyn brings youth and enthusiasm to an established area. His career path to date shows his ability to adapt and deliver in customer-centric, demanding environments.

Gilberts’ has a reputation for quality, bespoke service and our ability to address and solve, in-house, complex air movement strategies, be they mechanical, natural, heat recovery or any combination. Martyn will bring a fresh insight to build on our strengths and deliver even better support to customers, existing and new.”
