A full length patent glazed rooflight was fitted at the building, in addition to fire-rated doors, screens and shop fronts, as well as full height structurally bolted entrance screens, automatic glazed door sets, balustrades and glazed folding sliding doors.

The restored Grade II listed building, featuring 20 units, has been fitted with the aesthetics, safety and security to ensure it lasts for decades to come.
