IKO joins the British Parking Association

  • 1 Feb 2018

IKO PLC has become a member of the British Parking Association (BPA), the recognised authority within the parking industry that represents, promotes and influences the best interests of the parking and traffic management profession.

Given IKO play a big role in designing and constructing waterproofing decks for car parks nationwide, so this was a fairly obvious decision for IKO to make.

The company has been nominated several times for the British Parking Awards, namely for work on car parks such as M&S Cheshire Oaks, Waitrose/John Lewis at Home Basingstoke and Castlegate, Stockton-on-Tees.

IKO Permapark is an ideal material for these type of situations; supreme quality, assured durability, easy to maintain, carbon neutral and 100% recyclable, the benefits are countless.

The result of substantial research and development, along with the careful selection of polymers to provide improved performance in vehicle deck specifications; this specially formulated mastic asphalt waterproofing and surfacing system is perfect for elevated vehicle decks, pedestrian walkways and access ramps.
