  • 21 Jul 2017

Imperial Bricks has joined the Builders Merchant Federation (BMF) as a Supplier Member, offering the supply to meet an increased demand for handmade bricks.

An acceleration within the handmade brick market has seen an increase in pressure on merchants’ stock levels. Imperial Bricks has a reliable supply to meet this demand, offering a wide range of handmade bricks from a single source.

To enhance its position in the builder’s merchant trade, the company has joined the Builders Merchant Federation (BMF).

Handmade bricks for merchants

‘We aim to provide solutions and services to suit all types and sizes of merchant,’ says Jason Hughes, Managing Director at Imperial Bricks. ‘Our personalised POS displays, brick sample boards and display towers make it easy for merchants to demonstrate the benefits of handmade bricks to their customers.’

The company offers a range of services, from brick matching and bespoke blends to weathering, tinting and specialist lime mortars. It offers bricks to suit a variety of regions across the UK; all are available in imperial, metric and special sizing. Its Brick Matcher app offers a useful brick coverage calculator.

As a Supplier Member of the BMF, Imperial Bricks will benefit from business support, specialist training and political representation, in addition to industry-led events.
