Imperial Bricks at National Self Build and Renovation Show

  • 17 Jan 2018

Imperial Bricks experts will be at the National Self Build and Renovation Show, at Stand 68/69, from the 26th to 28th January.

Their advice will be able to assist self-builders, renovators and homeowners who are hoping to improve or extend their properties; with guidance on how bricks can add kerb appeal and value to your housing projects.

Imperial will also be running their famous brick tinting demonstrations during the show, whilst the Heritage lime mortar range, developed exclusively with Limetec, will also feature.

Specification Manager at Imperial Bricks, Ruth Hughes, commented: “Those outside of the brick trade may not realise that lime mortar is essential to use with handmade bricks, as they benefit from its flexibility and breathability.

“It’s an authentic solution for period property renovation, including colours for conservation areas such as Cotswold, Cambridge Dark Grey and Traditional London, but it works perfectly with contemporary new builds too.”

Imperial Bricks boasts the biggest range of traditional handmade, wirecut, pressed and reclamation bricks for a single supplier in Britain. The full range, consisting of more than 50 bricks, guarantees there is an option suitable for all properties.

Ruth added: “With so many regional variations among bricks we appreciate the difficulties in finding the correct materials for projects. Our experienced and knowledgeable team can help self-builders and those looking to refurbish their home with the right bricks for their projects.”
