The Metal Cladding and Roofing Manufacturers Association (MCRMA) has introduced Under 1 Roofing Consultants as the latest member of its independent roofing and cladding inspectors group.
The group was created by MCRMA as part of its drive to raise standards and ensure compliance across the building industry.
Under 1 Roofing Consultants offer an independent roofing project management service for all roof types, including full product selection advice and bespoke specifications. It also assists with contractor selection, tender management and carries out on-site inspections.
The company provides countrywide coverage and offers consultancy services to a wide range of clients in both the public and private sectors. It also works alongside construction professionals including architects, building surveyors and facilities managers, in addition to working directly with building owners and estate management teams.
The MCRMA currently has 31 members across three categories of membership for full members, associates and independent roofing and cladding inspectors.
