The collection includes nine videos which each demonstrate how to install different elements of single ply roofing.
Designed to offer step-by-step guidance to areas that have the potential to be problematic, the videos cover tasks such as flashing an edge or parapet.
They also show how to form pipe detailing or a box gutter and demonstrate peel testing.
The videos have been developed to act as ‘refreshers’.
By capturing the key elements of each procedure, they have been designed to remind roofers of the correct actions they need to take when fitting single ply roofing.
If part of a single ply roof is installed or fixed incorrectly, the roof could fail and leak.
By recapping with Protan’s 3 minute videos, roofers can prevent themselves from making errors and spending money on rectifying their mistakes.
YouTube can be accessed anywhere via computer, mobile or tablet, allowing roofing contractors to view the videos on-site and whenever necessary.
