Structural Quick Guide advises on insulation product specification

Insulation product specification simplified in new guide

  • 4 Nov 2015

Ecotherm Insulation’s recently released ‘Structural Quick Guide’ has been developed to assist with the specification and selection of insulation product and thickness.

Simplifying insulation product specification

Complementing the company’s existing Flat Roof Quick Guide, the new publication provides information on product selection and the current insulation performance requirements for domestic and non-domestic buildings in Scotland, Wales and England.

Its product selector is accompanied by installation instructions for a wide range of applications, which are illustrated with diagrams and advice on time-saving and the typical product thickness required to attain certain U-values.

The Quick Guide’s product pages feature key benefits and performance data, as well as information on where specific products can be purchased.

The guide can be downloaded from Ecotherm’s website, or picked up from countertop dispensers at builders’ merchants.
