Jagger a big name for Kestrel

  • 7 Dec 2017

Kestrel‘s customer services manager Leigh Jagger is a new name to the company and her main aim is to help her workforce forge stronger relationships with their customers.

Leigh joined the cladding and fascia brand of the company in October and she is keen to continue and further Kestrel’s reputation for customer reliability.

“Our products and services are customer-led, so I want to make sure that the team are freed up from administration tasks to help them really build those relationships,” she said.

Leigh is already making big changes at Kestrel, as she is currently working with the company’s IT team to streamline the customer service system.

With experience of working in the building products industry for a vast amount of years, she reckons next year could see big things for Kestrel.

“With the scrapping of stamp duty up to £300,000 in England and the Chancellor’s promise of £15.3bn of new cash for housing over the next five years, there’s every reason to be optimistic,” she commented.

“Kestrel customer services will certainly be doing all we can to make sure 2018 is a great year for our customers.”

Lincolnshire-based Kestrel work in tandem with housing associations, architects, local authorities, distributors and installers.
