Keyline strengthens management team with new senior appointments

Keyline Civils Specialist announces key appointments to strengthen its leadership team in 2021. Reporting to Managing Director Dean Pinner, the new appointments will bolster the Senior Leadership Team.

These additions are part of the company’s ongoing commitment to growth and delivering exceptional customer service. They will support the implementation of the company’s customer focused strategy.

Joining the Keyline Senior Leadership Team are David Rudd, National Sales Director, Chris Woollard, Commercial Director, Jon Pitman, Finance Director and Vicki Evans, in a new dedicated role as Head of Human Resources.

The appointments reflect Keyline’s focus on their customer and business growth, with each bringing a wealth of experience in the sector to the business.

Keyline National Sales Director: David Rudd

David was most recently Regional Sales Manager at Travis Perkins and has a vast knowledge of the industry, having previously been at Keyline in branch leadership positions for a number of years.

With customer proposition at its heart, David will be instrumental in steering its national accounts and customer proposition.

Keyline Commercial Director: Chris Woollard

Chris joins the team from CCF, where he was Commercial Director. With a proven track record in managing lasting supplier relationships, Chris is in the perfect position to accelerate the company’s commercial agenda.

Chris says: “Everything that we do starts and ends with our customer. I’m excited to collaborate with our supplier partners to build new strategies and meaningful relationships that make Keyline the first choice for supply, whilst ensuring our customers remain totally satisfied with our service and product offering.”

Keyline Finance Director: Jon Pitman

Previously at Wickes as Head of Commercial Finance, Jon will apply his experience to building a strong finance roadmap that will enable Keyline to continue meet its strategic growth objectives.

Jon says: “I look forward to taking a hands on approach to shaping the roadmap for Keyline and working with my fellow colleagues, customers and suppliers to help grow and develop the business so that it is always the first choice for civils specialists.”

Keyline Head of Human Resources: Vicki Evans

With more than 25 years of experience in the field of human resources, Vicki will provide dedicated HR support ensuring the business is equipped with the talent to grow the business and an environment in which to thrive.

Vicki says: “Our colleagues are our most important asset in helping the business achieve its growth plans.

“There is a fantastic level of expertise, experience and knowledge in the business that I am keen to build on, to create an inclusive environment for our colleagues and provide the best service to our customers.”
