Kingspan Industrial Insulation Ltd has agreed with SIG Distribution an Asset Purchase Acquisition of GRM Insulation Solutions.
The acquisition of Manchester-based GRM will allow the two pipe insulation manufacturers to provide improved customer service for the UK, Ireland and Central Europe.
In addition, Kingspan has recently announced the introduction of a pioneering Continuous Process Line 3 at its headquarters in Glossop, Derbyshire. The twin manufacturing line will allow the production capacity to be further increased and is set to go live this summer.
Kingspan Industrial Insulation products are widely used across building services, process, and petrochemical applications and refrigeration services.
