Lakes wins ‘Rapid Speed of Response’ award for top customer service

  • 2 Aug 2018

Lakes Bathrooms, manufacturer and supplier of showering spaces, was delighted to be awarded the ‘Rapid Speed of Response’ award last month at the national Graham bathroom showroom conference.

The award recognises the company’s efforts to make the sales process as quick and effective as possible and offer excellent customer service. The awards event took place in July 2018 and saw Graham’s Senior Category Manager (Bathrooms), Lucy Barriball, and Marketing Director, Ian Kenny, present the award to Lakes Bathrooms. The ‘Rapid Speed of Response’ award is the second award the company has received from Graham in the last six months after scooping ‘The Customer Intimacy Award’ in December.

Ian Kenny adds: “The Rapid Speed of Response award is based on interaction before, during and after the sales process, whether that is to do with showroom refits, supplying price or stock information, or even remedial action after installation. It is voted for by all the Graham Showroom consultants so it’s a very strong endorsement across the UK.”

Lakes has always prioritised its customer service, stock availability and speed of delivery, and was the first company to standardise on PureVue HD ‘low iron’ glass and AllClear advanced glass technology across Island, Coastline and Classic Collections to give customers the best possible products with no extra costs.

“We’re delighted Graham staff rate our service highly as we aim to provide the best service and maintain the best relations with customers,” says Lakes Sales & Marketing Director Mike Tattam. “Graham is constantly investing in innovative and engaging showrooms which is where we are focusing too.”
