Methven, the global designer and manufacturer of premium showers and tapware, has strengthened its sales and marketing function with the launch of its new One Book brochure and the appointment of three area sales managers.
The One Book features showers, taps and accessories from both Methven and Deva – signifying the first time that products from both brands have been published together.
The 189-page brochure has been designed to provide trade customers all the information they require on over 300 products from the brands.
Following the launch of its Aurajet showering technology within the Aio range, the Methven sales team has been strengthened with three new appointments to increase its support to customers across the UK.
Joining from national supermarket retailer Sainsbury’s, Aaron Hughes will oversee Methven’s sales operations in central and eastern regions; Rachael Gray will look after the South East; and Jordan McLeod has been appointed in Scotland.
Rachael has more than 20 years’ experience in the manufacturing and construction industry in New Zealand and Australia; whilst Jordan comes to the company from McDonald Engineers.
The new recruits will be tasked with developing new sales routes for Methven in their specific regions, whilst further strengthening relationships with its existing customer base.
Martin Walker, CEO at Methven UK, said: “The launch of ‘One Book’ is a big step forward for Methven. We want to make our customers’ lives as easy as possible, so putting all of our product information into one easy to navigate publication seemed the natural thing to do. What’s more I think it clearly demonstrates our credentials in terms of showering design and technology and is a fantastic way of communicating what a wide range of quality products we offer.
“With the recent launch of the company’s Aurajet showering technology as well as a host of other new products, the new appointments join Methven at a very important and exciting time.”
