National House Building Council becomes Build Show exhibition partner

  • 11 Sep 2014

As a standard setting body and home warranty provider, NHBC currently protects over 1.6m homes across the UK with a market share of around 80%, helping to maintain and improve the quality of new builds for homebuyers.

The organisation also works with registered builders to provide them with a reliable source of technical information and guidance to help them comply with necessary regulations, as well as meeting the requirements of the Code for Sustainable Homes.

The Build Show and NHBC will work together to provide visitors with useful information, contacts, new skills and networking opportunities to ensure full support is given to people involved in the expanding housing sector.

A particular focus will be on the planned revision of the Building Regulations in 2016, whereby the construction of zero carbon homes will become mandatory across all parts of Britain.

The Build Show is scheduled to take place on 27th, 28th and 29th October 2015 at the NEC in Birmingham.
