Novus Property Solutions’ new head of human resources, Stuart Cavanagh, has pledged that he wants to make the company “an employer of choice in the industry”.
The 36-year-old has over 16 years of multi-sector HR experience, having previously worked as HR director at The Freeman Company – the world’s largest event and exposition firm.
Speaking about his new role, Stuart (picture above) commented: “Novus offers the opportunity to help realign people’s goals with the wider business plan. I have always liked family-owned businesses as the values they hold mirror my personal ones.
The role is not with out challenges, as I work with the business to build the culture and ensure that people are central to everything that we do.”
Stuart began his role at Novus on August 22nd and has already played a role in the company’s move to its new headquarters at Five Towns House to commemorate six decades of business in Stoke-on-Trent. Its new modern facility will house 100 of its operational and core service staff.
