Aggregate Industries has selected Pablo Libreros to become Managing Director of its aggregates division.
The Leicestershire-based, leading player in the construction and infrastructure industries welcomes Pablo, who already has a huge depth of experience in the industry, having joined Aggregate in 2017, to the role.
He had previously worked as Director of Growth and Innovation for the LafargeHolcim Group, where he was CEO for the Costa Rica business.
Previous roles include Logistics Director and Supply Chain Director within the Group’s Brazil division.
Pablo’s main aim will be to guarantee the company stays to the fore of the industry, producing quality products throughout its over 60 quarrying operations across the country.
His knowledge from working in a range of ecological public sector positions in France will be invaluable, as it will ensure sustainability is at the heart of the business and its processes.
François Pétry, Chief Executive Officer at Aggregate Industries, commented on how this appointment is a sure sign that the company are always looking forward.
“Utilising Pablo’s wealth of strategic and operational expertise and experience of industry innovation, whilst leveraging LafargeHolcim’s global presence, we will ensure our aggregates division remains one of the safest, most customer-focused businesses in the industry,” he said.
