New range of USB wall sockets by Toolstation

  • 5 Jun 2015

The new range consists of a white switched socket which has separate USB socket outputs for faster charging, and screwless versions with two USB ports with a combined output from BG in brushed steel, black nickel and polished chrome.

The white switched socket has separate USB socket outputs for greater options and faster charging.

Hotels around the world have already begun updating to sockets which include USB slots – as have a new fleet of public buses in Reading, which will now include USB-charging facilities.

John Meaden, Director of Marketing at Toolstation, said: “Launching a new catalogue is always an exciting time for us at Toolstation, but particularly so when we are able to offer innovative and in-demand products like the USB Switch Sockets – an easy way to upgrade properties and keep up to date with the latest technology.”

“Our new catalogue also features over 1,000 price cuts and 130 new product inclusions such as the Xpelair Simply Silent Contour fans, which due to their extremely quiet operation near silently remove humidity, condensation and odour in bathrooms to improve air quality, and the Milwaukee 18V compact combi drill with 2.0Ah Li-Ion battery, charger and case.”

Smart phone users can also use Toolstation’s Click & Collect feature to order online and pick up their products at their nearest branch, check online for stock availability and order products for next-day-delivery to their home or site.
