Saracen Interiors has appointed Alanna Brown as senior designer, in a move expected to push forward its plans to enrich its award-winning design proposition.
In order to do this, there will be bold and creative high designs and concepts, from a broad range of influences and references.
Alanna brings a wealth of experience to the role, having worked across a number of sectors as a designer, including retail and leisure, with knowledge ranging from conceptual development and space planning to furniture design and colour co-ordination.
She will be involved in all aspects of Saracen’s design service, having a presence from early pitch stages to the project finishing so the vision and scope of each programme is fulfilled.
Director of Saracen Interiors, Mike Page, said the company is delighted to offer clients high end design and strong concepts to transform offices into unique spaces that really stand out.
He talked about how Alanna’s work has made an impact across hotel, leisure and retail sectors and that they are proud to be able to introduce her to clients as part of the Saracen team.
In reference to continuing the expansion of the company’s portfolio, Mike said: “We have to demonstrate that we’re capable of consistently delivering cutting edge design concepts.
“Alanna’s talent and creativity will guarantee this, ensuring that our work is noticed while taking us on to the next stage in the company’s history.”
Alanna said Commercial interior design and office solutions is a huge market at the moment and that she is ‘looking forward to experimenting with successful ideas’ used in other sectors to bring something different to clients’ office environments to enhance each brand.
“Saracen is renowned for building and maintaining relationships and I’m keen for my work to play a part in what is a well-established recipe for success,” she said.
The latest Builders Merchant Building Index (BMBI) report shows builders’ merchants’ value sales in October were up +1.2% compared to the same month last year.
