Considering hygiene and comfort

With a lid that opens automatically, the WC promotes good bathroom hygiene; the seat also begins to warm up on approach.

TurboFlush technology has also been built into the ceramic pan to ensure a thorough flush without disruptive noise.

Geberit intended to improve the comfort and convenience of shower toilets with its AquaClean Mera

An odour extraction unit has been incorporated to eliminate unpleasant smells from inside the ceramic pan, leaving the room smelling clean.

Innovative design

The Geberit AquaClean Mera has been commended for its aesthetics, picking up the Red Dot Design Award 2015 and the Design Plus Award, which was powered by ISH 2015.

It boasts a seamless design, creating the impression of a contemporary WC floating in front of the wall.

It also incorporates an orientation light, which is activated by a proximity sensor. This illuminates its surroundings, providing an effective night guide.

The Geberit AquaClean Mera’s features are controlled by a remote, which has four storable user profiles for personalised cleaning and drying experiences.

This ensures that the toilet’s design is practical, as well as aesthetically pleasing.

Shower toilet technology

Within the toilet, Geberit’s WhirlSpray technology utilises two nozzles to provide a targeted shower spray, with the water delivered at body temperature. The feature has been further enhanced by aeration.

The separate lady wash provides a softer shower spray when activated.

The The Geberit AquaClean Mera also offers a drying facility, with a gradually reducing airflow temperature.
