New UK General Manager for VORTICE LTD

VORTICE LTD announces the appointment of Richard Williams as UK General Manager, at its Burton upon Trent offices. 

He succeeds Kevin Hippey (below left), who retires this week after 18 years with the business. Richard (right) brings immense experience of the ventilation industry, working in the sector for for 21 years. 

He has a passion for improving the standards in the industry, previously being part of the European Committee for Standardisation. He also provides training at the Property Care Association.

Kevin Hippey comments: “I am very pleased to be handing over the reins to Richard as I retire from the business. I am confident Richard can continue to grow the business and reach new sectors as our product ranges continue to develop to meet the requirements of the industry.”

Richard says: “I am delighted to be joining European market leader VORTICE at a particularly exciting time, when the world recognises the vital importance of good air quality and ventilation for our health and wellbeing. 

“I look forward to working with my new team and Vortice customers in the months ahead.”

Richard is married with six children, is a keen fly fisherman and is a supporter of Wolverhampton Wanderers FC.
