Exhaust Pulsation Muffler

The Disc Cutter features Hitachi’s innovative Exhaust Pulsation Muffler technology, which increases power and reduces fuel consumption. It does this by reflecting the pressure waves in the muffler, pushing the outgoing fresh mixture flow back to the cylinder.

  • highly durable body, with metal lower and front foot guards, protecting the main unit from cut materials that could damage the power tool
  • dust-resistant recoil starter features an anti-abrasive starter rope that is long lasting
  • easy to start, with less force required, due to a decompression system
