Noppe Stud tiles by Polyflor for Loughborough Uni

  • 12 Mar 2018

SaarFloor Noppe Stud Tile flooring by Polyflor has recently been fitted in the refurbished Keith Green Building, home to Loughborough University’s School of Architecture.

Supplied in a variety of colours, it has helped create an inspirational educational environment

Noppe stud flooring is a hard wearing rubber tile with a low-profile studded surface, therefore ideal for heavy commercial use.

Coming in 12 colours, more than 1000 square metres was installed by Lincoln-based construction and interior fit out specialists Acorn Partitions & Storage Systems Ltd (APSS).

Noppe stud tiles in the Limestone Green, Steel, Black Coal, Mercury, Cobalt and Cool Blue shades now feature in classrooms and the computer suite, used for the university’s architecture courses.

A spokesperson for APSS, said the Noppe stud tiles were chosen as a high performance flooring product was sought which would provide a splash of subtle colour and pattern to the interior design scheme.

They added that they were delighted with the finished result and believe it will be an ideal teaching and learning environment for the students.
