Trago Mills is an independent UK retailer that currently has three South West locations; the success of these retail parks has led to this fourth development, which opened in April this year.
83 modulating Nor-Ray-Vac burners will cover the five retail areas of the complex, suspended at roughly five metres above finished floor level, providing blanket heat coverage for each area, eliminating any cold spots.
The £40 million development, which will include leisure facilities, a café and a petrol station, is set to provide 200,000 square metres of retail space, covering in excess of the equivalent of five football pitches.
The new scheme is thought to be creating 400 jobs for the area, which will be a significant boost for the town and local economy.
