  • 14 Jan 2015

Paul Andrews, 20, has won Novus’ Apprentice of the Year award

Paul was selected as Novus’ Apprentice of the Year after participating in a challenge day, which took place at the Root ‘n’ Fruit allotment in Stoke-on-Trent.

Competing against six other apprentices from across the country, Paul was assessed in a formal interview with Novus directors, as well as in the challenge itself. His ongoing on-site performance was also taken into account and contributed to his overall score.

After impressing the site manager and training team with his attitude and initiative, Paul was presented with a cash prize and a donation to his choice of charity. The awards ceremony took place at Britannia Stadium, Stoke City Football Club’s arena.

Paul, who works for Novus’ Cambridge office, will also attend events as an ambassador for the company throughout 2015.
