Novus bolsters south east operations with new appointment

Novus Property Solutions has appointed a new strategic operations manager to oversee the company’s south east operations.

Matthew Sturmer will be responsible for Novus’ Southampton and Leighton Buzzard offices and will use his 30 years of experience to help both offices grow and expand in a sustainable way. 

Matthew has previously managed refurbishment and maintenance operations at a number of large contractors and in-house at housing associations.

Matthew commented that he was ‘delighted’ to have joined Novus Property Solutions. He said: “I’ve admired its work from afar over the years so I’m excited to now be part of the team and contribute to its ongoing success.

I bring a blend of commercial and operational experience and I’m looking forward to sharing what I’ve learned over the years with the next generation of talent at Novus.”
