Novus named Employer of the Year at Construction News Awards

The Construction News Awards recognise the best of the construction industry, with more than 1300 industry leaders in attendance at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London.

Novus was chosen from eight shortlisted candidates as the winner of the Employer of the Year category.

The category recognises companies that turn the spotlight on diversity and corporate social responsibility, tackle skills shortages and engage with the community.

The panel of 57 expert judges, who conducted a thorough face to face review with all shortlisted entires, said of Novus: “Everything they put in place is industry-leading. Progressive and forward-looking, they recognised what they need to do to be and remain the employer of choice.”

The judges also highlighted the proactive approach that Novus takes towards talent mapping and succession planning.
