Novus refurbishes Thursfield Primary School

  • 20 Mar 2017

Novus Property Solutions has provided Thursfield Primary School in Harriseahead with new classrooms, staff rooms and facilities.

A team of twelve Novus operatives started an extension on the school in July last year, which now forms a new classroom, and  refurbished six other classrooms.

In addition, new toilets for staff and nursery children and a new head teacher’s office was created, plus a new first floor staff room and a number of new ground floor offices for admin staff to use. All of which were designed to be modern and spacious, with energy efficient LED lighting fitted throughout.

Novus Property Solutions’, Paul Carefull, said that after working on numerous similar projects, Novus was confident it could deliver the required upgrades and refurbishments with minimum disturbance to staff and pupils. Novus kept in close contact with the school, carefully phasing the work so that lessons and school activities were not affected.
