Novus unveils new recruitment site

  • 28 Mar 2017

Novus Property Solutions is attempting to bridge the skills gap and is investing in its staff by launching a new recruitment microsite.

The site highlights all current vacancies from apprentice painters to quantity surveyors, and provides the chance for candidates to easily apply for new positions, in addition to a host of useful information about the contractor, all in one handy online hub.

Novus has always put a great deal of emphasis on hiring the very best staff, as well as investing in continual training and development programmes, with around 1,000 permanent members of staff.

Following its commitment to staff development, Novus was named Employer of the Year at the Construction News Awards in 2015.

The new site also features profiles of staff from across the business, helping to enable applicants to get a full picture of working life at Novus, as well as benefits on offer from getting involved in its CSR activities to undertaking relevant training opportunities and being recognised through its company-wide reward scheme.
