The latest Buildingtalk Newsletter highlights how more women in construction can help bridge the skills gap that threatens the completion of 27k projects according to a RICS report. The Randstad survey shows a big rise of women in senior roles in construction and predicts that by 2020, women will form 26% of the workforce. Womens average earnings in construction are now andpound;39k on average, so it is already a great career option.
