Perfect ten for record breakers Aggregate at British Credit Awards

Aggregate Industries has received a whopping 10 nominations for the 2018 Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM) British Credit Awards.

The leading player in the construction and infrastructure industries has broken the record for the amount of nominations at the awards, taking place on 8th February 2018.

The awards showcase incredible performance and innovation shown by individuals and organisations throughout the country, with Leicestershire-based featuring in almost all award shortlists, including Risk Management Achievement of the Year, Best use of Credit Technology, Employer of the Year and Project of the Year.

Introducing an innovative financial robotics system, Risk and Collect, developed with Rimilia, has seen the company demonstrate its phenomenal achievements through 2017.

Paige Smith, Credit Representative at Aggregate Industries, received a nomination for the Rising Star of the Year Award, whilst Preet Garcha, Senior Credit Specialist at Aggregate Industries, is in with a shot of the Customer Service Hero of the Year Award.

Phil Rice FCICM, Head of Credit at Aggregate Industries, expressed his delight at the nominations, with the company gaining the CICM Centre of Excellence status for a second time last year, the most prestigous accolade for best practice in credit management.

“We are extremely proud to have now been shortlisted in these award categories. We feel this is a true reflection of all the hard work the team put in last year and a culmination of all our successes. We are looking forward to attending the award’s ceremony and hope we win at least one!”
