Permo therm board

Permo therm board provides pitched roof insulation

  • 19 Jul 2016

Klober’s Permo therm board offers an insulation solution for pitched roofs.

The Permo therm board boasts the design of a Kooltherm insulation board, with an integrated underlay and tongue and groove edges. Self-adhesive edge strips have been added for sealing laps.

Preventing air leakage with Permo therm

Permo therm has been developed to prevent air leakage. Unlike square-edged boards, it can be fitted over the roof rafters to provide additional space within the roof area; suitable for all pitches, it has obtained LABC approval.

At 80nn thick, it can be laid on boarded or un-boarded roofs, from left to right and vice versa.

Whilst no ventilation of the batten/counter-batten cavity is required with most slates or tiles, Klober recommends the provision of ventilation for tight-fitting roof coverings.
