Pilkington UK settles dispute with Uniglass Ltd with a sum in damages

Uniglass did not admit liability for infringement, but agreed not to sell or offer for sale, or import across the UK, goods which infringe the registered right, including but not limited to their Uni-Tor product.

They have also agreed to withdraw and exclude from circulation, all marketing literature in the UK that refers to such goods. 

The company has agreed to pay Pilkington United Kingdom a sum in damages and the legal cost for legal proceedings.
