Armourcoat has developed its KonCrete range specifically for use in contemporary projects

A group of architects from BuckleyGrayYeoman recently undertook the refurbishment of 10 Bloomsbury Way for London & Regional Properties.

The former Ministry of Defence building has been extended to create an open, modern workspace.

Its new design incorporates a double-height reception, complete with restaurants and retail space on the ground floor.

Since its completion, the re-development has achieved an ‘Excellent’ BREEAM rating.

With an array of design options – including distressed effects or recessed ‘shutter’ markings – the range allows individual designers to create distinctive modern looks for their projects.

Impressive credentials

As a natural mineral product, Armourcoat’s KonCrete finishes contain 40% pre-consumer recycled marble and low Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) content.

The products have also achieved Class 0 and Class A Fire ratings.
