Property assessment work simplified with workflow management app

  • 11 Aug 2015

Tracker is a streamlined and secure data management system which connects staff out in the field with those in the office.

It has been implemented throughout Green Deal and ECO activity, and its production contributed to Stroma Certification being named Data & Software Company of the Year.

The Rental Market plug-in presents additional tailored functionality which enables electronic data and evidence capturing of properties across the rental sector. It is specifically designed to aid letting agents and rental property professionals to organise their workflow from a single application.

The plug-in operates on a pay per property plan which has been designed to eliminate inflated software usage fees.

Integrated digital assessments

Available on both the Standard and Professional licenses of Tracker, the plug-in tool integrates with individual daily workflow schedules, enabling users to complete assessments without suffering the delays of paperwork.

Users can access a range of common industry forms to complete inventory data management in the office or on mobile devices in the field, boasting both iOS and Android functionality.

Information can be captured without an internet connection, and later synced once a connection is resumed.

Forms of Legionella, Asbestos, gas safety, electric safety, tenancy agreement, ID verification, direct debit mandate and lanyard and tenant insurance proposals can be added to evidence successful assessments throughout rented properties and contractual agreements.

All digital form entries are adaptable to ensure that they are compatible with an assessor’s work schedule.

Business support days

To aid assessors with the knowledge of how the Tracker Rental Market plug-in can benefit field-based data collection and processing, Stroma Certification are hosting a series of business support days throughout August.

Free of charge to Stroma members, the software specialists will provide live demonstrations of its user-friendly functions at various locations across the UK.

Stroma is also offering one-on-one demonstrations for those not able to attend a set training date.

Built environment solution

Whilst the plug-in is designed specifically for rental assessments, Tracker offers a full scope of features for those within the built environment sector.

Version 3.1 facilitates the logging of appointments, daily workloads, documents and data at a fixed price per property. Users also have the option to pay a fixed monthly fee for both the Standard and Professional licences, without any limitations on the volume of lodgements which can be made.

Its back office management system functions as a standalone solution, or can be integrated into a business’ existing infrastructure with features including customer management, maintaining records, specifying regular services, costs and projects.

Tracker’s latest updates include its ‘lone worker’ feature, which connects assessors, installers ad operational teams through specific business stages by communicating activity in real time.

In addition, there is a new integration of the ECO scoring tool to complete ECO schemes and Ofgem banking from a single dashboard.
