  • 9 Dec 2015

Walton Homes has specified an energy efficient ventilation solution from Vortice for a scenic housing development in Walsall, West Midlands.

Vort Quadro and Punto Filo axial fans have been installed in a selection off one and two bedroom apartments at Navigation Point, an exclusive new development located on the outskirts of Walsall town centre.

Ideal for longer duct runs and available inbuilt or surface mounted; the aesthetically pleasing Vort Quadro fans have been fitted in the apartments’ bathrooms.

The easy-to-maintain unit features washable filters and can be specified with timers and humidity controls.

The Punto Filo axial fans were also fitted alongside the Quadro. Suitable for bathrooms, utility rooms and kitchens, the Punto Filo fan features a slim profile and is available with timers, PIR and humidity controls.
