Its new system consists of easily fitted aluminium profiles that are able to be mounted in a continuous rail of any length, which the border of the fabric screen facilely slides into.

Designed by RAB Specialist Engineers in association with DHD Cooling, the new RABScreen CAS is a an extremely quick and effective method of fitting the RABScreen air intake screens into practically any type of cooling equipment.

Managing Director of RABScreen, Richard Betts, said: “As with all engineering products we have responded to customers’ demands to make RABScreen’s filter system even easier to fit.”

Other methods of fitting are available for RABScreen air intake screens, designed to suit varying situations and applications.

RABScreen mounting methods range from stainless steel grommets and magnetic mounting clips, to Velcro fastenings and bungee cords for wrapping the external screens around external condensers.

A wide range of rigid frames can be used in partnership with a galvanised slide bed for easy removal and maintenance, which can also be fitted with magnetic strip for speedy fitting and removal.
