Grosvenor Hall in Kent, a social hub also run by the Kingswood Centre, contracted Novus to complete external fabric repair, pre-paint repairs and minor roofing and redecoration work at the Grade II Listed building.

Milton Keynes Council are relying on Novus to carry out external redecoration and repair work in homes owned by the authority over a 15 week period, whilst interior redecoration, plastering and water proofing is scheduled to take place inside a six week time scale at Shaw Healthcare Centre in Northampton.
