REHAU black profiles help modernise Scottish property

  • 21 Feb 2019

Brand new profiles from REHAU were recently chosen for installation as part of the renovation of a property located in Whitecraigs, near Glasgow.

The Scottish property was recently transformed from a single-storey bungalow to accommodate an extension and an additional two further floors. The renovation included the replacement of the old, dated windows, with REHAU TOTAL70 Window and Door profiles in Black Brown to provide a modern feel for the property.

REHAU offers a range of solid and woodgrain laminate finishes that boast high-performance in different weather conditions without colour deterioration or fade. The Black Brown profile further allows a coherent overall look to be achieved for the whole project, whilst offering the residents all the thermal and cost efficiencies associated with PVC-U.

In addition, its durable, scratch resistant and easily maintained surface meant the system was an ideal fit for the property owners requirements.

The REHAU TOTAL70 PVC-U profile has been designed to meet the requirements of the new build, commercial and domestic refurbishment markets.

The profile also offers flexibility as it is fully compatible with reversible windows, entrance doors, in-line tilt/slide patio doors and bi-fold doors and can be easily incorporated into conservatory designs.
