Brunswick Square in London recently installed 192 REHAU PVC-U flush fit casement windows for a contemporary finish to a new apartment development.
The Brunswick Square development consists of 83 modern one and two-bedroom apartments and is being delivered by Berkeley Homes (Eastern Counties).
Each apartment boasts either a private terrace, winter garden or balcony overlooking the landscaped public square, cinema, hotel, gym and restaurants.
Contractor SEH Commercial recommended REHAU’s flush fit windows with a Smooth Anthracite Grey on the exterior with white on the interior, to create contemporary and clean lines for the building’s exterior yet offer homeowners all the efficiency advantages, noise reduction qualities and low maintenance that PVC-U windows can offer.
REHAU‘s flush fit window integrates seemelessly into new builds and other commercial projects and consists of a casement window side and top hung where the sash fits flush into the frame.
The flush fit window is also multi-chambered for improved U Values, withstands all weather types, offers a full range of colour laminate options and much more.
Kevin O’Neill, Commercial Manager at REHAU said: “With a flush fit window it is possible to create very clean and contemporary lines, which works particularly well on large developments like Brunswick Square. The addition of the grey laminate foil adds a further modern twist and reduces sight lines to deliver a glazing finish which scores high for aesthetics, as well as cost, efficiency and longevity. The Berkeley Group have embraced the use of our flush fit casement window on a number of their developments, and remain a key customer for REHAU.”
