Easy Heat underfloor heating system gives new homes an extra buyer appeal

Installation of REHAU Easy Heat at a new build development in Guildford

REHAU’s PE-Xa underfloor heating pipe was installed within a poured screed but on the first floor, where traditionally radiators would have been fitted in this type of new build.

Comprises a standard 2400 x 600mm proprietary grooved 22mm grade P5 tongue and grooved particle board with a system specific surface laminate to accommodate REHAU’s 12mm RAUTHERM universal pipe.

  • allows any type of floor covering to be chosen

REHAU installer Nick Vann of RTFM Services fitted the underfloor heating and he commented  how ‘fitter friendly’ the new system was to install..
