REHAU has released a new product brochure for its CWCT approved and Passivhaus certified Polytec 50 composite curtain walling system.
The REHAU Polytec 50 is REHAU’s alternative to aluminium curtain walling, developed to offer superior strength and better thermal performance.
The system has been designed to combine the structural capabilities of steel reinforcement, the design and finish of aluminium on the exterior and the thermal capabilities a low maintenance benefits of PVC-U on the interior.
Its warm façade stick system design proves to be both cost effective and versatile, using the same profile for both transom and mullion to allow for efficient on-site assembly and minimal wastage.
Aimed at specifiers and architects, the new 16 page guide offers technical details about the system, as well as case studies demonstrating successful installations in a range of commercial applications.
Projects featured in the brochure include new build developments, schools, care homes and hotels; all demonstrating the slim sightless of REHAU Polytec 50 curtain walling in a range of RAL colours.
Also included within the publication is the required technical data and information about REHAU’s extensive support package for commercial specifiers, branded ‘REHAU KNOWHAU’.
