REHAU provides heating and cooling solutions for new apartments

  • 26 Oct 2017

REHAU heating and cooling solutions have been specified for installation in a number of new apartments.

The new apartments have been developed as part of the transformation of the BBC’s Television Centre building in White City.

REHAU underfloor heating has already been installed in over 200 apartments and REHAU’s Rautherm Universal PE-Xa pipework is being used for the REHAU tracker system in the apartments.

REHAU’s CoolBoard chilled ceiling system is keeping corridors cool, featuring integrated loops of REHAU’s RAUTHERM 10mm PE-Xa pipe with chilled water circulating to deliver fast responding and environmentally efficient radiant cooling.

In addition, the EVERLOC jointing technology provided by REHAU guarantees no leaks and is quick and easy to fix.

REHAU is working closely with consultants Arup on the ongoing project, which is due for completion in 2020.
