Reynaers offers hypoallergenic designer handles for homeowners

  • 4 Jan 2016

Reynaers at Home has presented its Purity range of hypoallergenic designer handles, which is proving popular with proprietors.

The range was designed and developed by Leo de Carlo, an Italian designer who worked for Philippe Starck’s Parisian agency for a number of years. The minimalist result was inspired by his hometown, Venice.

Purity designer handles

PURA, a compatible alloy which does not contain nickel, chrome, lead or any additional toxic elements, was chosen for the Purity handles.

The handles have been coated using BIOV (Bioecologic Ion Overlay), which is an evolution of the previous PVD coating process. The production process requires no galvanic chrome and produces no toxic waste.

Thanks to BIOV, the handles are completely recyclable. The coating is also hypoallergenic and corrosion resistant.

The Purity handles are available in three standard colours, with five more available on demand. They are compatible for use with Reynaers at Home doors, allowing homeowners to have matching handles on aluminium sliding doors, bifold doors, double doors and single side hung doors.
