Insulation manufacturer ROCKWOOL has announced it is now a member of the Liquid Roofing and Waterproofing Association (LRWA).
The LRWA represents the fastest growing sector of the flat roofing industry and is aiming to raise awareness of both the technical and financial benefits of specifying liquid applied waterproofing systems and provide independent advice for specifiers.
Justin Lewis, Business Manager – Roofing at ROCKWOOL, comments: “We have joined the LRWA to support our customers in the industry.
“By taking an active part in technical discussions at the association, we can make sure that we stay up to date with the latest developments in liquid roofing.
“In addition, we represent the non-combustible insulation sector in the technical committees and can contribute our expertise to the discussions about the development of standards and updates of legislation.”
Sarah Spink, CEO of the LRWA, comments: “LRWA are pleased to welcome ROCKWOOL as an Associate member. LRWA members are devoted to best industry practice and have a collective aim of supplying and applying roofing systems using liquid applied membranes to a client’s full satisfaction.
