Simply combine TS-PLUS Tanking Slurry and 5-Bar Waterproofer with a high-speed mixer for the ultimate tanking slurry that features improved workability and adhesion.

The resulting Drybase 5-Bar TS-PLUS Tanking Slurry can be used for basements, pools, ponds and damp walls. Ensure consistent results and powerful performance in below-ground applications.

Using 5-Bar Drybase TS-PLUS Tanking Slurry is compliant with BS 8102:2022 – ‘Protection of Below Ground Structures Against Water Ingress’ as a waterproof coating for Type A shallow basement structures. 

Perfect for active or passive waterproofing in above or below-ground areas:

 – Residential basements
 – Foundations, slabs and retaining walls
 – Areas of potential cracking

Once mixed, Drybase 5-Bar TS-PLUS Tanking Slurry is resistant to salt efflorescence and suitable for areas of potential cracking. Apply with a trowel, brush or spray. It establishes a durable coating that can stand up to the demands of the below-ground environment. One can of four litre 5-Bar Waterproofer with one bag of 20 litre Tanking Slurry covers a five square metre area with two coats.

Even without the addition of 5-Bar Waterproofer, Drybase TS-PLUS is a capable frost and heat-resistant cementitious tanking slurry for above-ground and lower-ground areas (up to 600 mm in depth).
