Saracen completes interior office fit out for First Property Group

  • 17 Mar 2016

Saracen Interiors has completed the refurbishment of First Property Group’s 3,000 square foot offices on St James Street in London.

The project included the removal of all current fixtures and fittings to create the space for two new meeting rooms; fitted with compact designer lighting and new floors, furnishings and doors throughout.

The refurbishment, which was completed in less than six weeks, also encompassed electrical work, floor box and data installation and testing, and corporate signage.

The fit out contract followed on from a previous project successfully completed by Saracen for the international commercial fund manager which provided the company with a complete turnkey solution.

Michael Page, Saracen Interiors joint managing director commented: “We’ve previously supported First Property with all aspects of office interior solutions from the design and fit out of its offices to the supply of furniture and the moving of staff. It was great to be invited back, based on the quality of our work and delivery, to work with the team again.”

Saracen’s recent clients include: Coca Cola, Belvoir Lettings, Tata Communications, Loma Systems, Aspect Property Group, Flight Safety, Toshiba, Pizza Hut, Sue Ryder Care, North Surrey Primary Care Trust, Royal Berkshire and Battle Hospital NHS Trust.
