Saracen Interiors has completed the refurbishment of a boat at Canary Wharf on behalf of Grip Media, providing a fully refurbished and branded space to house its growing team.
The project included the addition of partitions, mending the boat’s roof and floor areas and the replacement and repair of worn panels along with the installation of new pictures and fittings.
Completed within four weeks by the Saracen Small Works division, the new office space now boasts a feature walk and a bar, complete with an eye-catching mural to reflect and complement the brand.
Saracen Interiors joint managing director, Michael Page commented: “This has proven to be a real quirky project and one we have had great fun being involved in. Our Small Works division has an expert team who pride themselves on a truly flexible and creative approach when it comes to the smaller, fast-track projects.
Grip Media’s project is a most welcome addition to the portfolio as it has presented fresh challenges and given the team the opportunity to exercise its skill-set in a new environment.”
Grip Media’s co-owner Owen Burek added: “Saracen took a considered approach to the brief to make sure all our needs were met while providing us with dynamic and fresh creative surroundings that should inspire the team and have a real impact on productivity while giving us the space needed to grow both the business and the team.
This is an exciting time for the agency and the new location and workspace reflects and underpins our current status.”
Saracen’s recent clients have included Coca Cola, Toshiba, Pizza Hut, Belvoir Lettings, BAE Systems, Battle Hospital NHS Trust, Mitie Engineering and Tata Communications amongst others.
