Screed from Ronacrete fitted at shopping centre

  • 16 Feb 2015

Ronacrete’s Ronafix Mix A is also available as Ronafix Pre-packed Screed 6-50mm

JF Flooring was sub-contracted to carry out the screeding works.

As the floor of the new retail outlets needed to be levelled, the company contacted the Ronacrete Technical Team to discuss which screeding products should be used to meet the job’s requirements.

Ronafix Mix A* was specified for thin bonded levelling screeds and it was recommended that RonaScreed 8 Day Overlay was added to the mix where thicker screeds were required.

RonaScreed 8 Day Overlay Fast Drying Screed shortened the drying time of the thicker screeds.

Its application helped reduce waiting time before floor finishes could be laid. This allowed the shops to open without any delay.

Overall, 950 square metres of Ronacrete’s screeds were laid to help achieve an even floor level for the new retail outlets.
