Senior Architectural Systems has strengthened its commitment to supporting the UK’s Armed Forces community with the news that the company has been awarded the Bronze Award under the Ministry of Defence’s Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS).
This follows Senior’s recent signing of the Armed Forces Covenant, a voluntary pledge made by UK organisations to support serving personnel, veterans, reservists and their families, and to recognise the value they bring to the workplace.
Commitment to defence personnel
The Bronze Award formally acknowledges Senior’s intent and actions to uphold the principles of the Covenant and to encourage opportunities for those who serve or have served. The ERS scheme recognises employers across three levels — Bronze, Silver and Gold — based on their commitment to defence personnel.

Receiving the Bronze Award signals Senior’s intention to strengthen its support for the Armed Forces community and to champion the skills and experience they bring to its business and the wider industry.
