Presented by Sky News anchor Dermot Murnaghan at the Hurlingham Club in London, the ECMOD awards recognised the hard work, flair and commitment of businesses in the catalogue and multichannel retail sector.

Seton were recognised for its outstanding customer service at ECMOD.

Seton UK – a leading manufacture and distributor of health and safety and facilities management solutions – recieved the award due to its exceptional service and ongoing commitment to customers.

Jane Revell-Higgins, ECMOD Direct Commerce Awards Founding Director, outlines why Seton was chosen as the winner:

“This was one of the most fiercely contended categories because in recent years customers’ expectations have risen dramatically. The Judges found that the Seton entry ticked every box.

“There was a complete focus on the customer throughout all departments in the business, and an extremely engaged and highly motivated customer-facing team working hard to exceed customer expectations in every way”.
